Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase Monday - Friday. Typical ship time is between 3-5 business days. Please understand that delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to global warming (weather)holidays, Global Warming II (natural disasters, etc.)
Priority shipping time (1-3 business days) is calculated from the date your order ships, not from purchase date.
If you elect Priority Service from USPS (United States Postal Service) please be aware that USPS Priority
Postage and is subject to delays if there is a service distribution with USPS.
Once your order has been packed and the shipping label printed, you will get an email from us with the tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
Free replacements means we will replace any unused item that is damaged during shipping if you report it within 24 hours of your delivery date. We may require a picture. This does not applicable for lost or stolen packages.

Please see below for the replacement process:

Call or E-mail us within 48 hours of product delivery. Damages notified beyond 48 hours will be assumed item was broken while in your possession.

Take photos of all packaging and materials, AND 3-4 high res pictures of the damaged item(s) and email us.

If required, we will send you a return shipping label (for non-glass products).

Repackage the item in the box it arrived in, and send it back

Receive brand new replacement.
If You Receive The Wrong Item:
DO NOT use the item(s). Please call or email us within 48 hours. We will either send you a shipping label to return the item, or let you keep it and we will send you the correct item.
Stolen or Lost Packages & Sales Items:
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost when USPS decides to leave a package unattended at your door/mailbox if you are not home to take delivery. If it is stolen or lost it is not our responsibility to recover or replace the item. It is the buyers responsibility to track your item(s) using the tracking # we provide to anticipate delivery.
